Default Horrible Horrible GAS PAIN AGAIN

This is no joke. About 2? weeks ago I reported in telling about it.
But last night, it wasn't as bad, but stillbad. Lasting 3-4 hours..
and not in my rib cage.Lower, around my navel. THE PAIN: causes
cold sweats, dry heaves, nausea.. I am incapacitated totally while I wait it out.
So can we make a list...What has been recommended:
heat pad
prilosec OTC
Gas X(like how many can one take? meltaway)
hot liquid
walking/movement

DOC: Can we take anything for the pain???

I am checking in with my doc again here at home. These could slow down an elephant!!

Thanks.
Sad, tired, PW

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

That sounds like what dumping was described as. Did you eat anything different? Maybe all of a sudden something you used to eat isnt agreeing anymore. Hope you figure it out, thats the hardest part.

NOT.

Not to scare anybody, but the first thing that needs to be ruled out is torsion-- twisted guts. Better to be safe than sorry.

Oh my... PW, I hope your visit to your doctor will get you complete relief from this - and SOON!

Doc: Is there a high risk of torsion in gastric bypass patients? How common is it? Can you please elaborate? Thanks for any info you can share.

I guess the lesson learned here, is if we are going through anything (especially pain) that we feel we need to ask the forum.. we probably need to ask out dr. There is so much that I guess needs to be ruled out. Go figure. Best wishes. Keep us posted and I hope its just gas.. you can pass on (ha no pun intended)
