You may very well be experiencing "head hunger."
Your brain and pouch are not yet fully connected, so what your brain tells you, may not necessarily what your pouch is feeling.
Define exactly makes you *think* you are hungry. Does your stomach growl? Do you feel pain? Does it feel as if you are so empty inside that your front and back feels as if they are stuck together? Your stomach/guts growling and/or making other sounds is quite normal, and it isn't related with hunger, it's just the guts moving and the gas passing. Hunger *pangs" may be just your brain, while real pain may indicate some physical distress such as ulcers or strictures.
Also, whenever you *think* you are hungry, take a few sips of water. Often, people who have carried excess weight for a long time, and who are used to grazing and eating something whenever, whatever, find it difficult to differentiate true hunger and thirst. So, take a few sips of water, and see how it goes.
As for the stall, you're at the right time for a stall. You're going to lose in humps and bumps, not in one smooth fell swoop. Don't expect your scale to go downwards daily, it even backtracks a few on occasions, but that's all totally normal.
Just stick to the pouch rules, get in the amount of protein and water you are required to, and get used to the 30/30 no drinking while eating rule. This is all a learning curve, and while you learn the ropes for your eventual maintenance, your body will rule your weight loss, not your mind.
P.S. It's when the scale stalls that the inches/clothes sizes fly, so make sure you check into that area too.
