Default 4 Week Follow up

I went back to the Surgeon/Doctor this morning. He agreed that my pain the past few weeks was my IBS. UGGG So I need to take a dulcolax in the Morning and Night and hope that things don't get to loose or backup'd I am grateful that he took me off the liquid diet and moved on to mushy/soft applesauce consistency foods.
My question is what was your first mushy/soft applesauce consistency food?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I believe I had some sugar free pudding, or maybe cottage cheese gosh I don't remember it's been so long. I wish I had written things like that down. Enjoy those mushy foods!!

Yogurt was the first.
I also had cottage cheese; I recall liking both of them.
Jello is a good one too.
I think I am talking 1 oz? 2 oz? at a time.
