| Oh geez Nell... What kind of music do you like? I like so many types of music and I switch it up depending on what I'm doing. If I'm walking, running or doing brisk strength training I like to listen Pink, Pat Benatar, Heart, Blondie, Within Temptation and the list goes on. For a little less intensity I like Adele, Chris Tomlin,Third Day, Lady Antebellum, Casting Crowns, Carrie Underwood and yes Taylor Swift (I'm still in highschool! LOL). I'm not much of a hiphop or rap kind of gal but I do like variety! I'd like to see the responses you get! |

WOOHOO!! don't laugh, but.......I like Metallica's Enter Sandman, Nirvana, The Doors, David Bowie, Alice and Chains......all MEAN and evil music with hard beats to run to. I can't say these choices would be good for all working out, and they aren't the usual things I would listen to all the time!

I like those too my playlist is kinda funny as it has such a variety of music. I have Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Clarkson, JLo, pit bull, who my kids say I shouldn't even know who he is! LOL I have country music and oldies. Right now I've got about 80 songs on my iPhone but gravitate to the same few.

| Play list? If my daughter knew I was responding to this she would fall over laughing... My play list ..stinks. The Carpenters The Beatles Helen Ready 4 Seasons Just got a Michael Bubble (sp?) CD but doubtful one could walk to it. So..how old am I????
I work out to Richard Simons as he sweats to the oldies but those oldies are older than me! I don't know ANY of those names the others listed. I like to know what they are singing and hum a long... a lot of times the" new" music... well I can't do it. Now I sound like Grandmom when the Beatles came out.

My favorite workout song is from MammaMia....Does Your Mother Know. But the whole album is great! It's mostly "feel good" music.
