Default Dietitian appt has been moved....

I originally scheduled it for 2/21 - exactly 3 weeks after my surgery (paperwork says 2-3 weeks)... I emailed her last night just to ask a question - she got back to me, we've changed the appt, it's now on the 14th. She wants me to slowly start adding in things between now and then.. greek yogurt (I really hate yogurt, but I'll try again), thin oatmeal made with milk, scrambled egg (but not over scrambled - not sure I know what that means), broiled white fish... she told me to focus on bites not volume - and to add things in slowly

I'll admit, I'm a little scared!! I know this is part of the process, but I'm still scared!! what shall I try first???

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I'd go with the yogurt. I'm with you. I don't like yogurt. I think it's slimy. The good news is that the greek yogurt is much smoother and creamier. Most people on here like Fage. I get the Fage with the fruit on the side and only add enough of the fruit to make it palatable. I don't want to use it all and get too much sugar. I still get pain with oatmeal--but can have cream of wheat without issue. Fish doesn't bother me, either. Good luck!!!

I'm sure that the nutritionist means not to scramble the eggs until they are too dry. You won't be able to handle them unless they are still moist.
