Just got home after getting my blood drawn again but I won't find anything out until my Monday appointment with my surgeon. My vein kept collapsing and they had a hard time filling just 2 vials. What causes that anyway?
I sure hope my pre-albumin and protein levels have come up instead of going down again like last time. I really need to get my energy back so I can keep training for the 10 k that is next month. I feel so exhausted all the time and it took everything in me to do 5 miles a couple of days ago. Same thing with my strength training and 2 1/2 mile walk yesterday. So tired...
I think I'll go take a nap!

Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
I hope the results are good. I have to go have my crit checked again tomorrow - my surgeon told me he wants to wait until he sees those numbers before we talk about me driving again.

Judi, don't push yourself. as PW says, I think you should postpone your 10K debut.
You sound like you may be dehydrated (vein collapsing), so you need to get all your numbers up before you even start training for the 10K. No wonder you are tired.
