I am wondering how to get connected on this site. I have been on about a month. I am feeling kind of lost here. I joined to get the support. I see how helpful this is to others, but am feeling dis-connected. Any suggestions?

I have found that if you share your journey, your questions and concerns, many people will offer their support, advice and friendship. Try posting a new thread with a topic that is important to you. You will be surprised at the response. Also, when you are feeling more experienced you will want to offer your advice and support to others.

Part of it probably depends on what your perception of "connected" is.
If you keep on posting, starting threads with your questions, your ups, your downs, people will chime in, offer advice, offer encouragement, offer hugs.
It's much like real life--takes time before you find a seat that feels comfortable.

@catsmeow....It does take a bit to feel like your a part of it. I know when I first joined I didn't post for months. I read and read, wanted to respond but was afraid of saying the wrong thing! As you read and post you will start to feel like you are getting to know everyones personality! Just stick with us!

Just jump on in and post, start new threads, whatever you feel most comfortable doing. I will say since we are at Friday already, the weekends are kinda slow around here so if you post something and don't get a response right away don't take it as no one wants to join in, folks are just busier on the weekends usually. Glad you are here with us!
