Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well Lisa, I have been looking for something to get the scale moving again. I am willing to try it for ten days. Maybe it is just the help I need.

Hey this is kind of what I was talking about on the "what are you eating" post..

there is a, I think 3 day?, high fat 'fast' that atkins has listed on that site and it's in his book too that helps ya get on track.

for a lot of months in the 2nd year I would every 5 weeks do 3 days of ONLY 3 shakes, 4 protein bars each day..it really kept me on track when I started to feel 'out of control'

something I'm looking at now and have been doing since this past saturday!

I've with ya hon!!!! let's do it babe!

Hi Lisa

Dont think i can do this..I am willing to cut back on my carbs but i find that as long as i eat them in moderation i am ok. If i deprive myself of them to long i will over due it once i stop this platue buster....so i am half in lol......moderation for me is key..

Lisa,
I am soooooooooooo TOTALLY with you on this one, I too have let WAY too many carbs in my diet!!! Almost 4 months out, and my scale has come to a SCREECHING HALT!! It makes me so mad, and I know I need to do something, cause I definately don't want to go back to my old habits, which lately have been tempting me, and most of the time I give in. I will be with you on tuesday, and I'm making myself a promise that I will make it to the gym, even though I have horrible social anxiety, but that is something I have to get over to get to the gym.
Thanks for this post, I really needed it.
LOVE YA!!!
