Had my surgery on 12/6/06 and things couldnt be better. Started at 285lbs and am down to about 184.....33-34 inch waist. i have had no complications at all. I have only had one dumping experience and that was beacause I got cockey and ate to much ox tails.....ooooh but they are tasty. That was about 2 months ago and have not had any ox tails since. People close to me are starting to say ok, stop losing weight.....I dont mind if i dont lose anymore but I am only 6 months out of surgery. I am expecting to lose for another 6-9 months. It might be only a pound or 2 every month but i dont think I am done losing. I am starting to eat more.....I am able to eat a south beach diet tray of about 10 oz. Should I be concerned that I can eat that much and not feel uncomfortable? I havent felt this good in over 10 years so I am not overly worried. I read all the problems alot of people are going through and I keep reminding myself how fortunate I have been. No problems prior....no problems after.....and i feel great. Keep a good thought everybody

Congratulations on your wonderful weightloss, way to go, keep up the good work!!
So, where are your B/A pics, if you aren't uncomfortable posting them?
They are great inspirations for those following your footsteps.
