Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Okay Lisa..I'm on it starting hard core today...I'm home today, work tomorrow, then back on the next day and don't know about friday yet but off sat/sun so this is a key time for me!

---I printed this off in a word document and added the cider vinegar, acidophilis (I have the pearls) and the oil of oregano which I have the juice but OMG it's still horrible stuff!! yikes!

---Bree

Q---I'll use the isopure that you mix with the water will that count as the protein supplement and the 3 oz foods are on top of the 45 right? Just wanted to be sure.

Default baggie organization..ROFL ocd or what?!

okey dokey..
I also printed off a schedule as I work better under that..at least I used to! LOL
eating for me would be at 8am, 11am, 2pm,5pm,8pm
walk/jog/ran 35 min treadmill,

coffee this morning of course ..urgg
breakfast missed stupid stupid!
after treadmill, 2 pints of crystal light with 2T's of isopure
11am will be:
1 boiled egg, 2 oz cheese or 1 oz cheese, 1 oz nuts.
2 pm plan is for scrambled tofu with cheese

haven't figure out the rest of the day
but I've gone a wee bit overboard with the fridge & my baggies. I now have an entire DRAWER full of 3 oz tuna pkgs, 3 -1oz cubes of cheese, 3 oz portions of meats, 3 oz of cubes cream cheese rolled in parsley, a basket full of 3 oz portions of assorted nuts which include wasabie cashews and some other types. LOL
boiled eggs, 2 to a baggie..
I'm way over the OCD organization issue here..ROFL ROFL ROFL
