Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Reading lisa's post reminded to take my vitamins!

Gawd yesterday was hard but I made it through..whew! wrote everything in my notebook even if it wasn't all on here. the biggest thing was water water water, eat...gotta swell up that small intestine limb so that my pouch has a 'pseudo' stoma...that bit IS working just gotta keep it up. and NOT drinking for 20 min ..used the timer after I ate.

Today..work..Ihop for sure cause I can easily get cottage cheese or eggs there or whatever I need for lunch!

okay..
day 2 meal one: 1/3 cup ricotta cheese with a sprinkle of mixed shredded cheese, tabasco and red pepper.
Meal two on my way to work..1-2 oz cheddar cube and 1 oz nuts..

gonna carry nuts in my pants for a snack mid shift and carry my water bottle with me if possible..--bree

I have almost survived day 2! I have made it through the work day without cheating! It's great.

Food so far for today....

B- Slim Fast low carb shake
S - hard boiled egg
L - Slim fast low carb shake
S - 3 slices lunch meat and an egg

For dinner I think I am going to make the kids tacos so I will just have a little of the meat.

I took all my vitamins and have met my quota for the day in water. I exercised for 30 minutes this morning and will either go for a walk or ride my bike this evening.

I worked so hard for the last 2 years to get where I want to be. Now for me to get off all the junk and get back to eating right.... I am looking forward to day 3!

Wink hangin in there..

My partner today (lovely old guy) bought my lunch which was spinach salad with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, dressing

mid morning I'd had one of the 'tubes' of peanuts for a snack

came home and had 1/2 of my 3 oz counted out bag of mixed nuts..spicey with habanero! yikes!
water water water..until my partner said "are you trying to spend the entire day in the bathroom!?
took my vitamins, acidophilis pearl, have done 2 huge mugs of detox tea mixed with white tea...
crystal light 2 big ole glasses..

an interesting thing with all this water/liquids I'm noticing the my amount I'm able to get in before I am full is decreasing...so maybe one key for me is pushing water before I eat to swell out that small intestine limb to make a sort of "pseudo" stoma...gonna hang in there!

Allright, lets see what I had today...

2 oz peanut butter
50 oz water
3 oz cubed pork steak
12 oz diet coke
3 oz beef pot roast
10oz water

didn't get in my five meals, but i felt more than satisfied... I did a lot of moving and reorganizing my storage shed, and "spring cleaning", so i didnt have a lot of time to just sit and think about eating.
took my vits on an empty stomach, and it made me sick as a dog, but i didnt puke, so I guess im ok. tomorrow im going to go to the gym if it kills me! LOL

good job to all you ladies doing this with us... im not finding it as hard as i thought it would be.... my only temptation today was my hubby eating a big ol pile of mashed potatoes and gravy with dinner, they looked soooo GOOD!!! but i was a good girl and didn't touch em... hehehe (go me)

AND just a little side note, when i was cleaning out my storage, i found 3 pairs of my old jeans!!! and they are the perfect size for me now, guess i was saving them hoping that one day i could fit back into them!!! YAY!!! and now i do, so that adds some clothes to my bare bare desolate closet! its too darn expensive to be buying new clothes all the time.

well, anyway, ya'll have a good night, and can't wait for tomorrow!!!!!
