Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Ok, so I'm sure you all have your favorite vitamins, but I wanted to share with you about mine! I didn't realize until yesterday when I was taking mine that they are GREAT for Gastric patients!! I am part of a wellness company called Melaleuca (thanks to my Mother In Law), who harrassed me for months before I decided to try thier products, but I am so GLAD that I did, I love all of the stuff they sell, and it helps the body detox, and all of the cleaning products are completely safe for kids and so on. But anyway, the vitamins I take (since I can take real pills now) are just wonderful.... wanted to share what all is in them. Also they have a mineral complex that you can take with the multivitamin, as an extra boost to get all that you need daily. The name of the vitamins are "High Energy Vitality for Women Multivitamin", and the mineral complex is called "High Energy for Women Mineral Complex". I'm going to post the labels here, so you all can see all of the vitamins and minerals they have, and with the b12 and biotin that is important that we take, I just couldn't believe they were so full of everything that us GB patients need for life! I will stop rambling now, and post the labels...but if you would like to order some, let me know, and I can get you the info. ![]() ![]()

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Early out you have to have chewable, but my surgeon told me at my 6 week checkup that I could start taking pills, because he said all the incisions were healed, and that all the cutting on the inside was healed at least 90%. If your surgeon tells you different, go with what he/she says. But I can take any pills as long as they arent too big... with the exception of the meds on the list that will damage the pouch. Hope this helps!!! Phyllis
