Good Morning all. I have been doing well with the carb detox as well. I think I am feeling much better today myself and seem to have more energy. Since I have started the detox I have noticed that most of the bloating has gone away. My legs had been swelling and now they are back to normal! I am so glad I did this. Yesterday I was able to resist Key Lime Pie, one of my favorites and have had no urge to really snack. I just pray that I can continue this and loose the last 30 lbs that I would like to loose. I will post later on my daily eating.

I've been trying to read the CARB DETOX thread for a while...but today is the first time it's successfully come up!! I probably need to do this too.... I'm very interested in the cheese crisps....hmmmmm?!?! _____________________________ OH - BTW SilpatŪ Baking Mat Reinforced, siliconized rubber mat makes any baking sheet non-stick replacing the need for parchment paper.
