Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | by no means should this procedure replace the call to your surgeon but its what you can try if something is stuck....and anything after that stuck item is comeing up ....I am not a doctor or medical expert but it could help in a crisis when people get things "STUCK"...it happens!!! adolph's meat tenderizer; 1/4 teaspoon w/warm water (3oz), sip.... an hour later repeat.... meat tenderizer will break down later repeat.... meat tenderizer will break down the stuck food. HOPE this dont happen to anyone but it does. SOMETIMES the stuck thing can happen to people developing a stricture. TRUST me when something is stuck you will know!!!! USUALLY that piece hurts going all the way down and the food after it all comes back up. THATS why we have to chew chew chew! FOR me the first time i had this happen was about two months post op with steak. BUT i was able to dislodge it with throwing up sometimes not so lucky. OF course i had to go back on soft foods for a few days at the advice of my surgeon being i was early out and did irriate my insides a tad bit. I had seen traces of blood when i threw up so i phone the surgeon. ![]()

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | yeah it might help someone who cant get ahold of their surgeon! GLAD to know its put in the weight loss for dummies book HANADI!!! good tidbit!!!! I know papaya enzyme works too its what is in the tenderizer products.
