Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi. Congrats on your loss so far. Sugar free jello, pudding and popsicles, mashed potatoes, pureed meats, string cheese, unsweetend applesauce, no sugar added canned fruit, tuna fish, chicken salad....the list goes on and on.

Good luck on the journey

SOME OF MY FAV:

Taco bell - side of pintos and cheese
KFC side of mashed potatoes

DISHES I prepared: noodless lasagna...take a spoonful lowfat mozzerella cheese, splash of red sauce and some lofat mozzerella cheese microwave!!
chicken salad, tunsa salad, shrimp salad, eggsalad, scrambled eggs, pureed out some soups (fav at that stage chicken cheddar broccoli soup)
cottage cheese, protein puddings

just to name some of what i ate at the soft foods stage.

AND WOW on that 38 lbs gone your off to a fabulous start

tHE NOODLESS lasgna is good I did that also.
I ate alot of soups., cream of broccli and broths.
Egg salad, mashed potatos, applesauce, sugar free puddings.
Chicken was a good thing for me cutting so fine, and I truly ate alot of chile as well, with extra cheese. it would take me awhile but a good source of protien.

My surgery date was 5/8 and I am down 30 pounds. Poached eggs seem to be OK most of the time. Peanut butter on saltines and laughing cow lite cheeses are ok on a cracker. Congratulations on your weight loss. Lorraine (onmyway).

Peanut butter on a spoon, liver sausage, (OMG, that was so good - If you like it!), - cottage cheese, pudding, oatmeal, scrambled egg with cheese.

Good luck, soo you'll be at the next stage, your doing great!
