After a lot of thinking and a lot of friends asking me to please come back. and the fact that the true friends i have made i hold dearest to my heart i have desided to give this another chance.
This is a very hard time and emotions are all over the place. So if anyone was ever affended by anything i have posted in a previos post i truly am sorry.
I will only come here for support and keep my post as serious as possable.

Today was my first day of meda-fast and it has been tough. The meda-fast its self taste great. But it makes you have to go to the bathroom endlessly and its kind of makeing me tired. little down in the dumps today

other then that the past 2 weeks have been the worst so far emotion wise.

Im looking forward to brighter days

YAY!!!! Im happy to see you came back. We all go thru tough times with this. It's a darn emotional rollercoater. I dont think anyone has taken offense because we all understand where you coming from.

MY heart truly goes out to you ASHLEY!
DOING a diet such as medifast pre op before
the surgery isnt easy but i know many surgeons
require it.

MINE just wanted a 10 percent weight loss didnt
matter how i did it and that to was hard but i did it.
JUST keep focusing at what is to come later down the road.
I promise you by about day 4 or 5 it will get easier on those shakes.
RIGHT now your going thru withdrawals from the normal foods you eat and you will feel rundown, achy, headacy its all normal.
JUST be strong!!!
and remember what your working towards!

thanks frindly and kenyar. Im glad to be back to.

its 5:00 and i get my one small meal soon 4 to 5 oz. meet and 1 and 1/2 cups of viggies. I totaly have looked forward to this all day

I have to drink 2 more shakes also

I have got all of my water in for the day though

thank you for the happy birthdays. I have spent the hole day in the house doing nothing.
I just finished my meal and I have one shake left to do
they kind of make me feel naushis but its well worth it
over all just been a nice quite day

I don't know what was said or who might have been offended... I have thought your personality style fo be very funny, blunt, and you just say what's on your mind. I'd rather have that than someone beating around the bush!!!

The reason I LOVE this forum is you don't see the catty, Back-stabby, critical stuff that goes on at some of the forums where everyone is so hypersensitive you can hardly breathe. So rest assured, it's very much NOT the style of this forum to be that way!!!

I think everyone is very focused on supporting one another in a positive way, whether we're having a good time or a bad time! I certainly hope YOU can reap the benefits of the forum also.
