The articles we have for information about the surgery and options as well as the before and after pictures were the highest viewed pages. | Big Loser | New Craig suggested I check out this site. Says I'll fit right in, but I'm not sure what that means! I recognize a couple of you from thr OH board. I'm 5 yrs out, at goal, 5"10', 155-165, starting weight 370. I was a slow loser...3 years to the day. I eat whole foods, exercise regularly, not a big supplementer, although I always take a whey protein smoothie to the gym. I'm 47, married, 2 kids, boy 12, girl 11, two Bassets and a Calico. I'm in Austin now; another recent California transplant. I love Austin, but miss the beach in Santa Cruz. So, let's see what trouble you are all getting into here! Vicki |
