Laides....... I dont think we ever noticed our selfs eating so much before surgery. I will tell you this...I had a hysterecomy years ago. I noticed right after that once a month I went on a eating binge. Took me a while to figure out what it was.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with the problem. I felt so guilty I got on the treadmill and for the first time in probably 15 years I ran a 1/2 mile without stopping.. man that was a great feeling. (I should of kept going but didn't have on shoes was just going to walk for a few to take away some of the guilt  ) anyway I go see my OB GYN next week I will see if I can't get a referral to a therapist for awhile I think it might do me some good i've been feeling a little down lately anyway. Thanks everyone for listening and understanding. |

hey here's the fun bit for ME....no uterus but still have ovaries so I go through the SAME crap each month...bloat, pmsey hatefulness, crying jag..etc...then wham! in (it seems like) one minute suddenly it's like my whole body takes a huge breath and goes...whoosh! and everythings all F I N E..... urggg! that would probably be when I would normally have had a period...so I get all the fun stuff and none of the icky stuff..
