I just took a pork loin and cut it a few times then slide some apples in. I brushed it with some apple cider vinegar, put it in a crock pot with about half a cup of regular drinkable apple cider. Then I did about 1/2 a teaspoon of all spice on top. It is cooking on low for 8 hours. I got the idea from this pintrest recipe.
