With the 4th of JULY and at ur summer BBQ's when faced with foods we really shouldn't eat... the desserts calling our name, chips, dips, ...try to focus on the three bite rule to get through the holiday or gaterhing: The First Bite is to get a good taste. The Second Bite is to verify it was as good as we thought it would be. The Third Bite is the LAST BITE, so savour it.
