SO time to remind everyone of the three bite rule!!!!

With the 4th of JULY and at ur summer BBQ's when faced with foods we really shouldn't eat... the desserts calling our name, chips, dips, ...try to focus on the three bite rule to get through the holiday or gaterhing:

The First Bite is to get a good taste.

The Second Bite is to verify it was as good as we thought it would be.

The Third Bite is the LAST BITE, so savour it.

HOPE THIS gets you thru all your summertime gatherings safely!!!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

I know for me further out...i need new rules
