The only thing I have been craving is a sandwich....I won't dare try it!! I am far to scared to try any type of bread.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Oh yes yes yes I am eating weird lots of times and weird food combinations. I can eat some sugarfree candy first and than sit down and eat my meal. Anything goes by me. I also eat meat many times for breakfast. I eat breakfast food very rarely. But I have been like that most of my life. Before surgery I ate many times what we had for supper the day before. Now I eat the meat we had the day before. In fact I will make extra so that I can have some of the day before meals for breakfast the next day. I also dip some of my meats in lettuce dressing. My husband really thinks I am weird now with what I eat sometimes. Oh yes I forgot, KETCUP, in lots of my foods. I ate ketchup alot before surgery and I still do but not near as much. Miricle whip I use to love before surgery and I have a very hard time with it now. Foods do not taste the same to me anymore. What I miss the most is my velvetta cheese, I have tried it a few times and it still makes my pouch quesy. I stop after the first bit becasue my pouch lets me know if it does not want it. I will just keep testing my pouch until I can eat it, hopefully. I use to eat the low fat one and it is not bad in protein. For now pouchy says NOOOOO!!!!!
I guess I am in the weird catagory. But that is ok too becasue my parents always told me that I always ate that way and my mom was saying just a week ago that I have not changed my eating habit yet with my plate. Another words when you look at my plate, food will not be touching eachother, and always eating everything separte, One food at a time. My mom said that I have not chaged that yet. I guess that habit is not going to go away for me. I just cannot handle foods touching eachother while I am eating, I do not like the mixture of flavors with other foods. Now thats weird!!! Kenyar this is a good article, I am curious how many people eat weird.

It's salt for me. I put it on everything now. I never used it before surgery. As a matter of fact my first week back at work I was eating cottage cheese with salt on it. I had finished the cottage cheese and still wanted salt so I dumped some in my hand and licked it up. Strangely enough, it was really good.

I don't do that any more, but I do salt and pepper my food now. I HATED pepper before surgery, now I have to have fresh cracked pepper and salt on everything.
