Here I am sitting in pain. My knees are killing me tonite. Its not just the one its both. I don't start the new Synvisc injections until August because of work. If any of you have a home remedy for joint pain and would like to share it with me please do. I take Ultram and Celebrex on a daily basis because of the pain. I have doubled this today because of the pain. Yes I'm allowed on occasion. None of the creams give me relief I have tried them all. Even the new ones that swear they help. I want to avoid any meds that can be addictive but I'm wishing right now I had some Lora-tab. So any input would be greatly appreciated

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

The weather is warm to hot. Never-the-less, warming your knees may help with the pain.

Hopefully this morning you are feeling better. The only thing that makes my knees feel better is to get in the pool.

I am so sorry you are suffering. My husband has Rhumatoid arthritus and has a lot of pain too. We bought a hot tub just for that purpose. Sometime the only releif he can get is getting in there. Maybe one of those things you put on the side of a tub that circulates the water would help or just sitting in a hot tub of water for when it is the worst. Hopefully they will heal and you will feel better soon. I can tell you that WLS surgery will be nothing like the pain you are dealing with now. I had a pulled sciatic nerve for 5 months and could not doing anything but hobble and it was so painful. I would go through surgery again rather than have to go through that. I will be prayiong for your relief of pain and healing. Mattie
