Default not on as much as I want to be!

I just wanted to let ya'll know I started a new FULL time with benefits job!! woohoo! and it's 3rd shift which is a HUGE adjustment sleeping and etc. Plus I'm still trying to keep my part time job which is making me a bit crazy.

What is wild though..since a year & half out I've had THE roughest time with insomnia. With this sudden switch..I come home take 2 simply sleep, melatonin and whammo I'm sleeping for 8 hrs and dreaming! like I've not been dreaming in years.

I'm trying to hold out for the adjustment to the new schedule and wowo! eating..when do I eat? when do I take my vitamins??

I finally realized I'd just do it like I would if it was truly daytime. lol..Plus I've been sick after having an allergic reaction to a 2nd TB skin test (note: if you are allergic to thimersol don't get this test!!) and ended up with a secondary infection that I'm still trying to buck.. urgg.

Luckily the hospital has at 1am the dr's cafeteria open until 3am with great food!! and a huge discount and I just swipe my employee card for it.
I really like the people and my job!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yeah for you! That is awesome. I am beginning to worry about the whole eating thing when I go back to work in a few weeks. You really don't realize how regemented you are until something interrupts your routine. I kept up every day and take my vitamins and meds first and drink 16 oz of water. Breakfast is usually quite awhile after that, but that is going to have to change when the school doors open again...

first of all BreeChick this is a Congratulations HUGGGGGGGGGGG

I know exactly how work is so important to my soul before my pocket!!! I hate holidays or long weekends I feel like crazy!!! I need something useful to fill my mind hunger! So either I read or maybe keep my body busy with workout! I dunno if you have the same issue too!!!

Second I'm really sorry to hear your difficulties with the new adjucements, well I bet it's tough and will flip your schedule upside down. But I'm sure with a strong woman like yourself you will manage to do it!

hehehe cafeteria! hey lady remember we're on a weight loss task. SO don't lose it infront of the food! Boufet is my weakness point I just try to avoid them!

Happy that you like the people at work!
Hang in there kiddo, and keep us posted with your new adventures, OK?

Love,
Hanadi

Good luck with the new job. It is great to like the people you work with. I find that people who work the third shift are a lot less stressed and more laid back.

Get yourself well and have an easy adjustment to the new job.
