Met a woman in hospital that lost 112lbs in 4 months. Poor me its only been a week an i dont feel much different. Hopefully by next week when the swelling goes down and i'm more mobile i will notice. Gotta go cant sit here for long. Be Good!

I found that eating ice chips also helped a lot. Make someone go to Sonic and buy you a bag of their chipped ice - my favorite thing still and I am 5 weeks post op. Of course, my teeth probably hate me. LOL! But I know i kept my pouch wet all the time and I am doing really well.
