Default someday get hard

i had my 3 month check up last Thursday and am doing good. but for me soem day get hard to handle. i get tired of the same thing i can't eat lot meats cause i get sick. o am trying new thing every day. one the thing i miss eating is a pizza but my doctor don't want me on thing that are doughy or any red meats for at least another 3 months. i been making thing that i can handle i started on pasta before and got sick now am slowly trying again. my nutritionist said i was doing great. she said i can eat rice now since i am past my 3 month stage. i been working out a lot but it hard now that am feeling so much better. i am on vacation now at my cousin in North Carolina so it been hard getting in exercise like i did at home cause there no gym so don't have water aerobics. i went from a 3-4x shirt to a 2x and that felt good. the other day i was showing my cousin pictures of me and then i really seen the difference 60lbs made and i did look good.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

YOUR doing wonderful!!!
ALL i can say is sometimes you have to try foods that gave you trouble earlier its a day to day thing ...
and try to find things that work
YOUR still very early out and im sure it will get easier for you hang in there.
BUT WOW on those clothing size drop.
PICTURES are a good way to see the weight loss
cause sometimes our mind takes longer to catch up!!!
keep up the great work!

Franny, (((((HUGS)))))) Thank you for the update!!
Good to hear you are doing well with the losing, sorry to hear you have some tough days. Everything about your food is trial and error, but it should start getting better soon.

I also noticed you and Kenyar are surgery twins! Although everyone loses differently, I hope you two will be able to share your trials and tribulations together.

((((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.
