Default Things You Wouldn't Think Would Make You Dump

For me it was Hood's Calorie Countdown Chocolate drink. I tried this twice to make sure that it was what was causing the dumping. It was. How bizarre!

Anybody else have things they never thought would make them dump?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Jeanne I drink the Hoods Calorie countdown every morning. I make a protein shake that I got the receipe from here (Shelley). I mix it with
my protein powder and a bananna every morning and im fine with it.

I know I should knock on wood, but I can say that I havent dummped
yet. I dont think I want to.
I did here that everyone is very different and not everyone has the
same effects from certian foods.

Jeanne, I have read that several people use the Hood Stuff, but I cannot find it in my area so I have never tried it. I did try insure yesterday and got dumped. I have to say that was only my second time to dump. First was from pureed chili with cheese. Anyway I threw up then but not necessarily all the symptoms I had yesterday with insure. So I will not be trying that again. Also a note I have lost a lb in a week. What is up with that I wonder? Mattie

Hey ladies......Well I dont have a problem getting the hood chocolate milk in my area. We have a pretty big grocery store. ( Wegmans ) however, last week before I went on vacation I was in a small town where my paretns live and I went to 3 different stores before I could find it. I was getting a bit nervous. Walmart supercenter ended up having it. So if any
of you ladies have Walmart super centers it might be there.

I use the chocolate flavored Continent 8 Light soy milk for my shakes. I've never had a problem, but honestly, I've NEVER dumped. Which, really makes me scared!!!! lol I've always had an "iron stomach" and I sure was hoping it would change. Now, I did feel a little nausious when I ate a whole protein bar, but I didn't "dump". Must have been the iron stomach again!! lol

Nope, not Lactose intolerant. I can drink milk just fine. I used to drink the Hoods before surgery. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months.

I know exactly what you mean, I made a shake with 2% milk, EAS Whey protein powder and a 1/2 a banana. Took one sip and I was that was horrible! Held me up for 20 minutes going to work.
