Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  My brother in law died and I am so sad!  My 40 year old brother in law lost his courageous battle with pancreatic cancer yesterday and I am so sad. This is so difficult. Yesterday I wanted to binge so much, but I ate my protein and a few blueberries instead. This morning the thought of eating made me want to vomit, but I drank my protein shake. I drank my water today and took my vitamins and Calcium. I guess somewhere, somehow our family will get through this time. Steve was proud of me for having WLS and I know he would want me to keep up the good work that I've begun. He told me just Wednesday that he could already see the good work showing. Just thought I'd share where I'm at today. Thanks for taking the time to read. Amy
