Last week I felt like my pouch shrunk, today....oh boy can i eat! lol!

I am finding myself eating what i consider a lot today and im not getting that FULL BLOATED OVER THE TOP FEELING...here's my question: do i keep eating? Im not hungry per say but i could eat and eat some more (in terms of portions) today for some reason...
I am NOWHERE near the 1 cup meal size, but after only being able to eat an ounce or two per meal, I think I might be VERY CLOSE to 1/2 if not 3/4.
