Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Boots is a wierd feeling when you fist start eating foods. I remember just taking a bite and getting that full feeling. Its wierd. The whole journey is a wierd roller coaster. Im only 3 months out and things are still different daily and weekly. I guess its good that you didnt have to run to the bathroom right away but it does take time for your body to say what is going on. I think its ok and your doing fine. Try to keep sipping your liquids too. That sometimes makes me feel better. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | yeah see now that you are on soft foods you arent gonna go like how you were....i dont think. i think thats when i became a little uncomfortable actually. because i would eat puree and i could feel it sitting there in my gutts until 2 or 3 days later when i FINALLY went to the bathroom. that was the worst part of all of this more me. being uncomfy until i let loose lol! you're doing fine fine fine. dont worry. just drink. sippin helps keep you from getting constipated. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hmmmmmm you can feel the pouch. I dont know if I had that feeling. I might have but maybe I associated it wrong. And I agree with Kenya. That feeling of gong to the bathroom was good. ITs like things empited out. Try sipping some water or if you can walk around. Walking always helps me feel better. Dont know why but it does. Still now 3 months out I go for walk when I get than uneasy feelign. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | How long ago did you eat breakfast? Quite a while ago? Have you drank anything recently? I know my surgeons rule of thumb was to allow at least a 1/2 hour in between things. So if you havent drank or eaten I would try it and just take it very slow. You need to get your protein in. Have you done yoru shot yet? I know you said you wer maybe gonna cut back. See how that goes maybe or just take a bite of lunch and take it slow. The slower the better. I accidently did some times too fast and that was not a good feeling. Hang in there. |
