could be. it is kind of warm here. but im quite comfortable being that i stay cold since the surgery
my dr ok'd me for caffeine two weeks ago. do you think it would have this dramatic of an affect on everything?
i know eventually my body will knock me out when needed, but getting to that point is tough. I SOOOOO tired.

You know that caffine might have somthing to do it with it for sure. Considering you have been off it for a while. Make a cut off point for it and see if that helps any.
I have already had to adjust my sleeping habits honey. I have a terrible time with it for sure. I got a list of things to do when I had a sleep study done last Saturday. The last hour needs to be a wind down hour. No watching TV in your bedroom before bed. They stated straight up to me .....the bed it used for sleep and sex only!!! LOL. It has helped me alot in that area. Just little things do help.

Ms Vickie thanks for the great laugh with the bed comment. I needed that this am. Made me laugh. Kenya I bet like the others said its the caffine. BEfore surgery if i had a diet Coke after like 4pm I would be up for all hours. Its really messed with me. Some people it doenst bother but me it did. How much caffine are you drinking? Its it like ice tea or something like that?

well each dr is different as we have all seen lol! i cant remember what it causes in excess early out, is it ulcer or something? cant remember. i know when i had it a month out by accident, i was sick for days
it upset my pouchy somthing awful. now i can drink it. but it doesnt really give me a boost at all which is why i didnt think it would disrupt my sleep. i just drink caffeinated coffee for the flavor so im guessing i can do without it and plan to remove it going forward...
if your dr doenst have any issues with it, try it in SMALL amounts first. like start off with lite coffee or 1/2 decaf? i dunno i am just finding my body responds wierd to things i never had a problem with before. take it slow.
