I was thinking about trying baby food(s) and just seasoning them up to taste? Another suggestion (though it may be gaseous) is mashed cauliflower. You boil it until soft and then mash it like potatos and season. I used to use a spicy ranch salad dressing -- I would suppose there are FF versions of same?

babyfood is nasty. YUCK! i only ate the carrots and applesauce. The meats are tuly disgusting. cauliflower is supposedly gas forming so be careful. you can use seasonsing as long as they arent oo spicy at first. i didnt tolerate ANY seasonings at first but with time i can use things like mrs dash. man this is a tough stage i feel for you. |

I have to go back to Edie here. Honey Ive not done this but your the first person I know that like the oil tuna. WOW @! Nothing wrong but mabye a sugesstion for you. They have it in water now with a hint of lemon. Perhaps that would suit your taste better. If you drain the water off the tuna really well you shouldnt mind that taste or I hope you dont. Good luck honey. Mines getting close and Im watching yalls foods really close now
