I did mashed potatoes. Hmmmmm chicken with some light mayo I was allowed. Hmmmmm what else. I seemed to block the pureed time frame out of my mind. sorry. Ummmm what about ricotta cheese. I think you
already mentioned the yogurt. Fat free pudding. The soups I did. Cottage cheese also. Hope some of these help. Oh what abotu eggs. I did scambeled eggs. But just to warn you, that was not a good feeling for me when I ate them. always got the lump in the throat.

mahsed potato, spinach, i ate baby food carrots, tuna fish, egg salad, chicken salad, oatmeal (at first or you can eat baby oatmeal) chicken, LOTS OF CHICKEN lol! cheddar and brocolli soup, cream of chicken soup....i think that was it. then of course there is your pudding, and jello and what not. thats already smooth.

oohhhhhhhh i wouldnt do that. I would think that the oil would make you sick. but maybe someone else has tried it. Ive had the tuna in water and I mixed it with light mayo and a bit of salt and pepper.

yeah i cant have oil at all. anything dep fried, or with oil that separates makes me puke. call your surgeon, but like a new me said, i wouldnt even try it.
