Red face I feel so blaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Im feeling so blaaaaaa! I think i had diffent expectations of what I would feel like after surgery. Don't get me rong I have lost 11 pounds sence my surgery a little over a week ago. but I just still have the feeling that the surgery didn't work or something Its really starting to upset me. I fear that im not going to get this waight off and that i have went through everything for nothing I dont want to be the persentage that fail. When i was at the doctors today i told them my feelings and they sead it was normal and that this happens to some people and to not worrie but i am the rong person to tell to not worry. I am following all of my rulls but I was able to eat about 4 table spoons of food at each of my meals and that scares me because i was not full It scares me my pouch is stretching or something. I worry my sips of water are not small enough im a nervis reck because i dont want to mess this up Im just a mess. I seriously thought today i wish i would dump just so i new it worked ( trust me i dont wanna though) I gess i wish i just new.

I feel better now that i got that off my chest

O ya and my husband has been better latly if anyone remembers me talking about him when i first got home. He is really trying and i see his progess and i let him know that. we had a great day today we just stayed home and chilled the after noon and evening it was very nice thought i would share.

take care everyone

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

(((((ashley))))) of course its normal to feel that way. I STILL wonder if mine is broken or what lol! but whenever you feel that way, just think about how much you can eat NOW as opposed to pre-op. Then you will realize there is NO WAY it isnt working once you start seeing the woosh from the pounds falling off that will also make you feel better. Remember its still VERY VERY early. You're doing fine

ashley a suggestion. take some pictures, even if just your face and look at them side by side. you will see it too. then you wont feel like you dont know if its working or not.

ITs normal to not see what the others are seeing...
i truly didnt see it in the mirror till i was about 75 lbs
down.
I always saw it best in pics side by side.
MAYBE take a now and put it near your
before and see if that helps
TAKES time for the mind to catch up

Like Lisa says its a tool and we have to learn how to use it and its defintely a roller coaster ride I think. Every day is a new and challenging
experience. Some days are good days and others just present issues.
But thats also what we have thiw wonderful site for......support. So I
think your doing fine. Its alot of emotional stuff I think that we have to
deal with after surgery and all. So hang in there and your doing great.

And glad to hear that things with hubby are good.
