Default Back at work and wondering about exercise

Well I am back at work guys. . Anyway I am wondering what will happen now with sitting on my Butt all day and not getting any exercise. Yesterday was my first day back and I was too tired when I got off to exercise. Besides I have to have my hip checked because the socket hurts if I walk so I was trying to exercise in a pool 3 times a week. But they close early too so now what? Anybody have any ideas? Also I am not losing much either. I am down 43 lbs but 20 of that was before surgery so go figure. Don't know what I am doing wrong or could do different. Kind of frustrating. Although I am slacking on my water too so maybe that's it. You think I will still lose only slower? Anybody got any advice I will be glad to hear it. Mattie

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Mattie,
Yeah I had trouble with beign tired when I went back to work too. Its an adjustment. It will get better as you ease back into work. I was gonna suggest walking but you cant do that due to your hip. I get my butt out of bed every day at 5:30 and walk before work. Because I too was too tired when I got home.
The weight will come off when its ready. Maybe try to step up the water intake and remember to get in your protein.

yeah by yhr time i get home o am pooped so i am trying something new. i do 20 minutes in the morning, i walk 20 minutes at lunch time around the parking lot at work, and then if i can manage it, i'll do 20 minutes at night, usually somthing on the floor like pilates or use the eercise ball to do some crunches. nothing strenuous....but hey as long as you get it in, it counts

also drinking more water helps too!

Mattie, don't worry about the weight loss, 23 in a month is very good. When was the last time you lost that much, I bet it took more than a month.
Have you tried sitting on an exercise ball when sitting in front of the PC?
I know a number of people do that--use the exercise ball as their PC chair. If it doesn't hurt your hip, you could try it.

Mattie don't feel bad, once you get into the swing of things you will find a way. Well, so I am told!
