Now that I have your attention.... I am not much for ranting about yummy foods, but this one I gotta share. Its actually sharp! not super sharp, but it tastes like sharp cheese. being that it is made with 1% it has a slightly "flexable" quality, but hey, I'll sacrifice for sharp Cabot 75% reduced fat SHARP CHEDDER cheese in block form 1oz 60 calories 2.5g fat <1g carbs 9 g protein
