I have been on a plateau for 3 1/2 weeks and it is killing me!!!!! I have upped my cardio exercise. I started eating the berries. Any other suggestions to break this darn thing?

I'm in the same boat. Haven't lost anything in a month. This has happened to me before and eventually I started losing again. It's your body adjusting to the weight loss. Stick to your diet and exercise and you will start losing again.

switch your foods, drink more water...and measure yourself. you are probably losing inches give your body time. it will pick up again.

I havnt had it done yet but I agree on the mixing it up part. They even have stated that on a program I just watched recently for dieters that get platueu. <<< spelling. So try that? And as early out as you are your probally losing them inches they talk so much about. Have a great day sweetie !

Your body is adjusting to your new weight, it will start moving again soon enough.
The weight goes down in bumps and humps.

Strawberries. A few people on the board swear that they are plateau busters. Maybe I need to give them a few more days to work.

I have been eating a lot of fruit lately because it is in season, maybe I need to cut back on the carbs. I figured they wouldn't be too bad because they are complex carbs, but I'll try cutting back and upping the protein and see what happens.
