OMG i can relate to that feeling. Pizza is my favorite food ....pre op can you believe that my biggest fear was i would never have pizza again....thats all i was worried about....

When you are able to have your first slice of pizza it is going to be heaven. I actually have it often but not the whole slice, usually half or sometimes just the top but its heaven........hang in there, you will enjoy pizza again. Only now you will be satisfied with very little of it as opposed to 2 slices at a time like i did pre op....

Bless your heart. Honey when they get it go outside or to a room to yourself and let them enjoy it. Make your hubby brush his teeth before kissing ya to. My cousin went throught this herself and that is the only thing that saved her in the end. You would think they would know better but on the other hand they have to eat to and its a treat for them now.

Hang in there darlin your time will come soon enough. And Lisa you in newyork and your pieces must be humongus because here I can eat 4 slices of a Papa Johns

Its about the size of two papa johns slices MsVickie. nothing compares to NY pizza. i cant really eat it anymore. it sits too heavy in the gutts. the other day we got a personal pie (small enough for one person to eat) it is sliced in 4's. my daughter ate 3 slices and i had 1/2 of one and thought i'd die. i usually dont eat well for days after having dough or bread. pizza used to be my favorite food in the whole world, now not so much anymore. sometimes i can only resort to eating the toppings LOL!

I see people posting about that Boots. Just make sure you can have them ok. I dont want ya getting sick of somthing you cant have yet. I know its hard. I think Friendly has a recipie for like sauce and cheese alot have said is good. Mabye she will along to post shortly
