hi i had my 3 month check up on july12th i had lost 60lbs then i left right after and went to visit my cousin in north Carolina and i just got back on aug 4th and i weighed my self and i had lost another 13 lbs since the 12th of July i feel so much better and i feell better about myself now i got aways to go but it getting better  |
