Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

it was on my list for soft foods stage 2 foods. I added protein to it with Unjury unflavored protein powder.

Yes, they are a little high in carbs (or at least I think so) but they were acceptable on my soft diet. But once I moved on to regular foods I've tried to stay away from them and focused on protein.

Early out, mashed potatoes made me feel normal. Early out, there is NO way you can get carb overload on them. Go ahead and have some.

I would follow your doctors orders.

My question though is... If you have them now, then will you have to have them later? Can you have sweet potatoes instead? What behaviors got you into this situation to begin with?

Myself I was a meat and potatoes gal. So I am steering clear of food items I know will creep back into and make old habits familiar.

Good luck!
