yeah thats what i was looking into it for i guess. i know it wont take it all away. but the arms and upper thigh area, the skin is very loose. i thought maybe if this pulls it in a bit then i would consider it worth it! lol. and if not, i got some nice smelling lotion in the process lol!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I so want to wear sleeveless tops when I am back to work in a few days (boo hoo!) I think I am going to run out and get some Dove too! Of course, if this hot weather continues, I think I am going to melt away to nothing.
I am relocating as well - LOL! My scale hasn't budged, so today, I am going to overdose on water and protein and see what happens. I think I am retaining water because I went to the pool every day and sat out in this Hot A-- weather! So, I am staying in today (minus the football scrimmage this morning) and I am going to melt this water off me.

I am going to have to find some of the dove stuff myself. I had been thinking about getting one of those body wraps that are suppose to help tighten skin. There is a shop not far from my home that gives them for about $50. I will try anything. I am frightened by the ideal of a "body lift". It just looks extremely painful to me. The wls hurt much more than I thought it would. It was much more than my c-sections and my hysterectomy (sp). So like Kenya said " as long as it is legal." LOL

I'm with you Kenyar the way I'm jigglin now I know I'll need a full body-lift when I'm done losing weight. I hate the loose skin on my inner thighs/upper arms and the excess skin on the bottom of my stomach. (The skin at the bottom of my stomach is due to an emergency c-section birth.)

GUESS im just not a believer!
I think it was the gym workouts hanadi more so then the cream...
but now that i think about it maybe i should beleive...i used vasline
lotion that is skin firming since surgery after every shower and people
do say my skin isnt that bad for how much i lost...could that been
my secret....hmmmm

who knows for sure.
BUT i know for me kenya when i had scale blues another thing i did and i was proly
about six months out was got out and had a store do make up on me and i choose the bare essentuals make up .....and got hooked on that. I found the make up to give me such a youthful glow to my skin and i got hooked and helped me thru those
moments that were very grey!
MAYBE go get a free make up done at a local Sephora or other chain that cares that make up you will get hooked!
hugs

i have to look at it in a positive light. today is a GOOD DAY for me emotionally so I can honestly say this. I am HAPPY to be flabby. It's proof that I have lost enough weight for my skin to hang lol. I dont feel down about it at all (today) who knows what tomorrow will bring

Lisa you're absolutely right! I in fact sometimes wonder wow how did my skin get firm so quickly! Hey don't get me wrong it's not firm and tight I still have flabby arms/thighs but I think if I were not exercising I would look like a turkey neck skin but I'm not bad at all!
I was wondering the other day like if I go to the gym till I finish my one year membership how would my skin be? would I still need plastic surgery? I'll keep using the Dove Gel because I believe on the results could be a combination of Gel and exercise!

I totally agree with you Lisa!! nobody had as many blues as I had/have. I found make overs help a lot. I did lots of hair cut, new color, free make ups, trying new colored contact lenses, EXERCISING!!!!! and dancing in general and belly dancing in particular lift my spirits up!!

you know girls how do you feel after going for a dance in a night club is? I guess because we don't have such places in my culture I guess going to the GYM to these particular classes would make it up! it's so cool to show off your dancing skills to the others you know what I mean? it's also fun to dance in a group sometimes we go crazy
personally I can tell you working out is my depression remedy! if I don't exercise who knows I may have needed to be put on medication!
Go hang out, if you don't afford expensive GYM's go for an outdoor walk! I wish if Kuwait's weather is friendly for such an activity! ITS SOOOOOO DAMNNNNN HOT!!!!!!!!!
go swim! or maybe have a massage! aaahhhh THAI MASSAGE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO REFRESHING AND RECHARGES YOUR ENERGY!!

I hope these few ideas help!

(((((HUGS)))))
