Unhappy I feel like poo!

I have been haveing some problems with one of my left side insision sposts It just seems it does not wanna heal. last week I went to the doctors to have it looked at and I seen the PA and she sead everything looks good. that it just has to keep healing.

well its a week latter and i really does not feel to much different mabie a little but that is a little.

If I sneeze it feels like im going to bust into flames and i litterly have to breath like im giveing birth to get through it I have sneezed more sence i had this surgery then i have in my hole life i think.

Last night I triped over the stupped dog and got the same feeling that berning horable auful feeling.

when i sit on the couch or in chair or anything i can feel it but not as bad but i can feel that bit of disconfort

Im just bummed out i gess

Im so mad because sence my surgery all of my check ups have been with the PA not with the surgen because the secritary at the office is useless peace of poo! and she does what ever she wants with the appt.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

We Had Our Surgery At The Same Time Plus I Have An Extra Incision Done A Couple Days Later To Drain The Absses And I Dont Feel Anything Your Describing. Its Been Almost A Month And You Shouldnt Feel Like That. I Had Open Surgery Years Ago And Didnt Feel Like That A Month Later I Was Feeling Good Like I Do Now When It Comes To The Incesions. You Need To Get A Little Nasty And Demand You See The Surgeon!!!!!!!!

Ashely,

You seemed to be well concered over this. Call his office tomorrow and ask that he return your call or better yet ask for an appoitment to see him specifically. Im sure that is the way they set this up as far as the care goes after wards. Let the lady know you need to see the surgeon himself because you have alot of questions and concerns right now. That is the only thing that is gonna ease your mind.

This is totally different and I know that but since I have had my knee surgery done I get a burning sensation sometimes up my leg to and its not fun. I was told it was normal? LOL so yea call.

I am so sorry you are feeling this way. My main incision is still really sore too. The surgeon told me it was just healing. I agree though the searing pain hurts like hell and to me isnt normal. I would call your surgeon and demand to be seen by him not his PA

Default Soreness

My surgery was June 25th and my main incision is still sore to touch. I had a drain in it up until 10 days ago. That has finally stopped draining and scabbed over but I have an area around that incision, probably about a half inch all the way around it that is hard and sore to touch. I assume that this is scar tissue. Has anyone else had this? Since it is not hot and red or pussy, I guess it is normal. ANy opinions?? Thanks

My left incision still drains clear fluid and on the right side, is still open. I keep putting bacitracin on it and keep it covered (for draining). It doesnt burn or hurt, it does itch a bit though. I think thats a sign of healing.

Everyone heals in their own way. If you were a smoker pre-op, its harder for your body to repairs itself.

Good Luck to you.
