Edie you are doing great. I have hit a stall too and OMG if I eat too fast I get so sick. You and I are really close in our weight I think you are doing amazing. There is a lady that had surgery the same day as me and has lost double of what I have. Hang in there sweety it will get better

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Boots you are a thyroid patient as well as I am. You said you are on thyroid meds. Have you gone and had your TSH checked since your surgery. It is possible that your meds are not working as well and if you are a thyroid patient you know just how hard it is to lose even an oz when your numbers are to high. I am sure that the surgery plays heck with your body in all kind of ways. If you have an endo guy give them a call or your family dr and ask for a TSH and perhaps Globulin levels. Be sure your body is working right again after the surgery.... You may need a med change. (And you know it can take up to two weeks on a new dose for it to work for you.)

I HAVE AN UNDERACTIVE THYROID. BUT WHEN I WAS IN THE HOSP AND DIDNT HAVE ANY MEDS FOR 10 DAYS I WAS WORRIED BUT THE DOC SAID ITS NOT A PROB. IT TAKES LONGER THAN 10 DAYS FOR YOU THYROID TO GO WACKO WITHOUT MEDS. AT LEAST FOR UNDERACTIVE THYROIDS. ITS TO SOON AFTER SURGERY TO GET BLOOD LEVELS CHECKED FOR THYROID YET. IN A FEW WEEKS THEY WILL CHECK. AND AFTER I THINK THEY ONLY CHECK EVERY FEW MONTHS. IF MY THYROID WAS ACTING WACKO TRUST ME ID KNOW. IKNOW THE SYMPTOMS AS SOON AS THEY START ACTING UP
