Well I Guess My Doc PERFORMED MY SURGERY AND FORGOT TO MAKE MY POUCH SMALLER BECAUSE THIS IS GETTING CRAZY!!!!!!!! And I Dont Want To Hear That Im On A Plateau There Is No Way That Is Possible This Early In The Game. My Mom Weighs Less Than Me And Is Using Allie Pills And Losses 2 - 3 Lbs A Week. I Had Rny Surgery And Im Lucky If I Lose 1/2 Lb In A Week. I Just Had This Surgery And From What Everyone Says, In The Begining The Pounds Come Off The Fastest. I EAT WHAT IM SUPPOSE TO AND I EVEN TRY TO EXCERCISE A LITTLE BY WALKING. I Have Just About Had It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IDEA HOW MAD I AM

YOU will be fine its your body saysing OMG, what did you do to me!!! it will start up...... we all have this around give or take the one month mark!!!! you will get over this and all will be fine! JUST get the protein in get those liquids in and u will be a success!

boots. i dont think you are eating too much. i know you are mad. but please believe me when i say it will pick up. you have been thru so much. you have to let yourself heal. dont compare yourself to anyone else. that will drive you nuts. i think you are doing fine. please give it some time. you will see....and dont weight yourself for a while. |

So, your scale isn't moving, what about your inches? Are your clothes any looser, or tighter? Hanging on you as if you were a scarecrow, or stretched and the seams about to pop? Stressing out will make your body hang on to the scale numbers even more, you know. (((((((HUGS))))))

I know everyone is telling you to hang in there boots and Im gonna tell you teh same. It does get better. It is very frustrating when you hit a plateau and all. Just keep doing what your doing and it will melt off very soon. Like Doc says, pretty soon you will notice the inches too. Like the other say, keep up with the protein and keep your fluids going.
