I found that sometimes it helps to add a drop or two of your fav flavoring. Like almond or pineapple flavoring. It can take that plain vanilla and spice it up without adding tons of money..

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | I liked the EAS for a while but my tastebuds do weird things these days. I am going to try the instant breakfast next mostly because everything I try makes me gag lately. I did find a liquid calcium that's pretty good. Its made by Bluebonnet Liquid Calcuim Magnesium Citrate. Has 2 flavors and isn't bad at all. You get 1000 mg of calcium in 2 tablespoons. I got to the place where I couldn't swallow my tablets - crushed or otherwise. I've also been taking the Flintstones gummies as nothing else would go down or I'd gag like crazy. One thing I've learned over the last few weeks - not only are we all different but I am different from what I liked/tolerated just 2 weeks ago!
