Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  Big Medicine OK another week is upon us!!!! Let's talk when it goes off. This weeks recap: Charles: 525lbs. Always overweight. High blood pressure. Cardiac issues. Chooses bypass. Insurance approves procedure. They decided to postpone his surgery due to him being at an unsafe weight. he gets angry and "fires" them. Lynn: lost 130+ lbs after bypass. Plastic surgery (continued from last week's show) rear section  removal/reconstruction.Erica: Plastic surgery/ removal of excess skin. anemic. bleeding presents danger during her breast augmentation and tummy tuck. ** next week they visit Allen from the first show YAY! I cant wait to see how he's holding up.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | Ahhhh....... Now this one will cause a debate I think for sure. I watched this. Charles is a big man. He come to them at 550. If you noticed when he got back on the scales the day before his scheduled surgery he weighed 513. That caught my attention. See they had already scheduled him. It wasn't until Garth asked his Dad whom they was doing the next day they decided to call him back in. If I was Charles I would have been totally pissed to. We as patients have a job. The Surgeons have a job. They evidently cleared him within 2 weeks of his original surgery date to have it. Then they call him up and say hey come in tomorrow for another pre op appointment so we can tell you no not yet. I do think it was unfair to him to do this. Yes it will be beneficial to him to lose some more weight but that should have been lost before the date was set. They are hinting around that next week Charles wants to unfire them. LOL. Now the big issue is gonna be if they might get sued. The thing these surgeons did was not think about him having to arrange his schedule and his wife schedule to fit this surgery in. She works after he comes home from a full day. So yea i would have been very upset myself. Lynn: She looks so much better now and happier. I think this is my OWN opinion of this she sat around Alot in one place. She showed the recliner she slept in. The could have very easily caused the skin to form up like it did on both sides of her backside. Notice the picture of her sleeping in it. Her skin come up and hung over the chair. That to me is what caused it. I love this show but I think the Dr's made a boo boo with Charles and giving him a date we all desperately seek and have it riped out because they didn't follow up close enough. The dad is the one to blame for this one. They should have had him meet it all then give him the date like we have to!

I saw in his face how upset he was when they told him no after they'd just told him yes. i dont get it. and yes there was a discrepancy with what they were saying his weight was and what they showed on the scale. i thought lynn looked good when they were done. more dare i say normal? that skin in the back there was painful to watch. im being honest. as for the other lady, erica, i thought she looked pretty ok with out the plastic surgery. but again, this is a veryt personal decision. i did see the preview for next week and am wondering what happends with charles. i believe he is so depserate he has no other choice but to try to get back in there. but now they are eluding to turning him away because the shrink says angry patients tend to sue...what is that about??

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Honey here in the states people have sued for so many things that Drs do look at a surgery and see the patient as a possible lawsuit. I dont like the lady that does this show with them acutally. Shes almost like what we call here 2 faced? LOL. I see her really talking to the patients and understanding them to just turn around and say NO dont do it ! I dunno. |

I didnt tune in i was at the mall shopping for lots of back to school things.
