Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  What MultiVitamins do you take? Hi! I have tried One A Day for Women 50+, and Centrum Silver. The Centrum comes in a chewable that makes me gag. The pills for both are huge, and even cut up are a bit hard to take. Has anyone found a multivitamin that comes in a small pill, even if I had to take two? Thanks!
