well i can eat it now, in fact i eat it almost everyday, sometimes more than once a day, but it took a lot of trial and erro and experimenting with different things to make it moist. now i can eat it plain. rotisserie and grilled work well for me. i cant eat it any other way...

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Like Kenya says everything is trial and error. I know alot of people did ok with eggs in the begining and I just didnt. I tried many times and got that yucky lump feeling and just didnt sit well. but with the chicken I did try other things like Kenya said and now its not a problem for me. The rotissere chickens are my favorite. Very very moist and go down well. Somtimes it all depends on the day for me. And yes I have tried the can chicken too and that works for me. I use light mayo and bit of finely chopped green pepper. But everyone is different.

Courtney: I still use the Flinstones chewables (they're awful) but I don't have to swallow a big pill then. But I take a B12 vitamin and I chew two Tums a day. I have the Viactiv that everyone recommended, but I'm a little leery of that yet, because its SO CHEWY, I'm afraid it won't get small enough for my pouch, so I just keep chewing the icky multi vitamins -- I don't know how Moms get kids to eat them!

Yes, baby spoons do help to keep the portions down. I took their advice on that right away and it really does make a difference in "how" you eat!

Has anyone tried the lowfat cheese called LiveActive with live beneficial cultures in it? I bought some yesterday because I thought that might be good to add the "good" bacteria's into my system to help with digestion. They come in Mozarella, white Cheddar, Colby/Jack (which I love) and have 8 g of protein and 80 calories per 1 oz stick. They are also individually wrapped, so it makes it easier to take them on the go.

Jill how does it taste. I bought all that string cheese and ended up throwing it away. It was too chewy or something.
