Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  I love my small hick town. You know living in big cities has its advantages, BUT I love my small town. Everybody seems to know everybody. Since my surgery I run into people at the (1) grocery story, restaurants, walking downtown that said they prayed for me and happy I am doing well. Before surgery they wished me good luck and said they would pray for me. You know what? I think they really did. My bug guy (exterminator) was just here to get the key to go spray the house and he sat down and said he and his wife had prayed for me. Even still does now. IS that amazing or what! People In our lives we don't really even think of daily and here they are praying for us. Makes me wonder how many people really care that we are not even aware of. Just goes to show how many people we affect in our lives and how many affect us. I am overwhelmed. just wanted to share. Mattie

Alot of them said they were thinking of me. one of them even gave me a small stone that said blessings on it and told me to bring it with me to the hospital. Its amazing how nice people are.

I grew up in the military, but my home has always been right back where I am now. I have the same friends that I went to school with ( every so many years) and I wouldnt have it any other way. And if you ever get the chance to spend some time in a small town, I highly recommend it...the hospitality is through the roof. |
