Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Ashley,

Didnt you just get back to work? That is probably a lot of standing after being laid up after surgery. I am having the same problems, and mine invloves sitting for too long as well as standing. I have to keep changing it up.

Do you have an ab binder? Or a corsette? They will help you with your back pain, as they help support your back and middle.

Im gonna suggest you looking and seeing if you changed shoes. If you wearing a type of shoe with a heal on it that can do it. Also havnt you been training on the horse? Even constipation will cause back pain belive it or not. Just thoughts of why honey. I hope you feel better

Yeah, mine hurts there too. I just assumed it's from not sitting straight and sitting too long in an uncomfortable chair. I hope it gets better for you Ash. Maybe getting something like Doc suggested will help you since you're on your feet for so long.

So sorry to hear you are in pain hun. I have a lot of back pain too. At first they thought it was because I had fibroids but I got that removed so now they are saying its because of my weight. I did get another chair for work and that made a big difference in how it feels. So my mom bought me one for home. It's my X-mas gift. So now I just have to wait until Christmas to get it....lol

I was told by my surgeon that the pain in my back could be constipation. Take some milk of magnesia/magnesium and see if that helps. My surgeon said that our bodies do not clean out all the way like we used to, so when that pain comes, you need to take some MOM.
