well i, approved now. it should just be a matter of finding a new one....i dunno. i didnt feel comfortable there. this guy does this in his house. i dont like the idea of that. i'd much rather be in a center of some sort....i dunno. i'll go again next week and see.

insight...hmmm. not really. i mean it was kind of like an interview i guess. he wanted to know about me and why i did this etc. we went over a few things not weightloss related too. but i dont like the idea of being in a 2 million dollar home talking to a guy (i would rather a chick) about my body image and financial woes etc. maybe im just being negative but i dont think we fit.

i guess the one thing i kind of felt ok with was he knew exactly what i was talking about when i said i dont see my weight loss. i didnt have to explain. he has done WLS counselling before and explained to me exactly what i meant. he did caution me about a few things. that i need to surround myself with positive people and that it may not be worth the energy im wasting being conflicted over friendships breaking down etc. ok so maybe i lied about the no insight thing. LOL!
i just dont like being in someone's home.

Yeah, it is easier talking to a chick! My psych was a guy, but he was in his office on a Saturday and wearing jeans with boat shoes and a Jimmy Buffet shirt and I felt right at home! I guess that it helped to have my husband sitting in the waiting room. We did a lot of talking about my job and I felt like it was an interview for one of his positions...LOLOL.
I agree with you on the feet thing, keep them away from me!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHA! i dunno. i guess i should have an open mind and give him a shot. he's talk to post oppers before. maybe he could figure out my issues for me or something, despite the fact that we have to take our shoes off when we go into his office....which SUCKS lol. im not really in a position to NOT go at this point.
